This luxury residential tower in Sharjah features a sophisticated interior design by SHAWA Architecture, extending the elegance of its waterfront architectural concept into the building’s interior spaces. SHAWA Architecture designed the residential lobby, apartment interiors, and shared amenities, creating a harmonious environment defined by bright, calming tones and contemporary luxury. The project combines modern interior design, refined materials, and nature-inspired elements to offer residents a comfortable and elegant lifestyle that reflects the beauty of waterfront living.
Concept
The interior design concept is inspired by simplicity, tranquility, and natural elegance, introducing a minimalist architectural language with soft neutral colors, organic forms, and a timeless character. SHAWA Architecture incorporated bright beige and white tones, textured wall finishes, contemporary furniture, and subtle lighting, complemented by indoor greenery and artistic details to create a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere. From the welcoming residential lobby to the elegant apartment interiors and modern fitness facilities, every space reflects a seamless balance between functionality, comfort, and sophisticated design, enhancing the overall residential living experience.
