About the project

Every month Shawa Architecture submits a number of designs for various competitions across the GCC. Here is a residential tower option for a neighborhood in Sharjah that is strategically located by Al Mamzar. The building has beautiful views on the water and surrounding skyline. The design is simple, yet complicated with its unique patterns on the mass. The main focus in this project was put into designing spacious balconies and giving the apartments large windows for the residents to fully take in the charming views of the city.
