RESIDENTIAL TOWER

About the project

This high storey residential building is located in Dubai’s luxury Business Bay area and has the view on Downtown as well as the Burj Khalifa. To make the building stand out in such a dynamic neighborhood, Shawa Architecture decided to use light catching white color of the cladding and sharp straight lines. Spacious wide balconies and large windows are also a must so that the residents can enjoy the views of the city as well as the lake the tower is built by.
