MODERN VILLA

About the project

The design by Shawa Architecture for this beautiful 2-floor villa was created for a customer in Dubai, UAE. The main focus in this project was to keep the lines as straight and simple as possible and areas very spacious so that overall the look and feel of each space is modern and luxury. The design is sophisticated and sharp, yet fun and nature-inspired, with a couple of signature colorful and crystal elements introduced throughout the rooms for extra touch.

Concept

Inspired by sea shore, the dominant colors – blue, yellow, brown and grey – tell the story of the waves, sand, trees and rocks on the coast. It is a place to escape and relax.
