About the project
Located in the prime Al Jaddaf area of Dubai, this visionary development reimagines an existing football and sports facility under the Dubai Police Developments initiative. The multi-use proposal includes two premium hotels, a state-of-the-art indoor basketball court, an Olympic-size swimming pool, and an open-air commercial market featuring uniquely designed retail units. This project, a second design proposal by Shawa Architecture, aims to enhance the site’s functional and visual value while promoting vibrant community engagement.
