Mamzar Tower is a groundbreaking high-rise residential project located in Sharjah’s Al Mamzar waterfront district, conceptualized by Shawa Architecture. This 52-floor luxury tower is designed to capture the panoramic beauty of the Al Mamzar Sea, with a fully glazed façade that offers uninterrupted views from every apartment. Our team led the architectural concept design, focusing on vertical elegance, transparency, and a futuristic architectural language. Currently under design development, Mamzar Tower is set to become a landmark in Sharjah’s skyline, combining iconic form with coastal serenity
Concept
The concept of Mamzar Tower is inspired by the flow of the sea and the skyline it reflects. The massing of the building features a unique, fluid geometry, giving it a futuristic silhouette that evolves as it rises. Every unit is designed to maximize natural light and direct sea views through floor-to-ceiling glass, creating a seamless connection between interior spaces and the surrounding landscape. The tower culminates in a sky garden and an infinity pool at its crown, an elevated oasis reserved for residents and penthouses. These top-level penthouses offer a 360-degree sea view, combining exclusivity, luxury, and spatial freedom.
