About the project

​

This is a furnished apartments hotel for which Shawa Architecture used very straight lines and mostly light colors in the design. This project is already built and stands tall in the Wadi Al Safa area of Dubai. Our team worked on every stage of this project, from design to planning and supervising. The final construction was slightly modified by the owner due to change of certain preferences.

Concept

​

The look of this building is pleasant to the eye as it is very welcoming thanks to the spacious balconies, large windows and the up lit grand entrance.
