About the project

The Meydan Racecourse as well as several significant residential projects and hotels set the tone for the modern and luxury style of Dubai’s Meydan neighborhood. Shawa Architecture designed five residential units positioned next to each other forming a bright and welcoming compound that is already built. The design concept was based on the idea of contrast of solid and glass materials. In addition, the contrast of white and black colors used in the elevations emphasized this idea further and made the style ever so prominent once the units are viewed together.
