About the project

​

This modern looking project is a showroom for Pirelli tires designed by Shawa Architecture. The pixel-like elevation is completed by large windows, making the 'pixels' appear as if they were in motion.

Concept

​

The pixel pattern was inspired by the rubber patterns tires have. The idea to use shades of gray color came from the various shades of gray used for the roads, so this was also an important aspect for this design.
