About the project

​

This colorful project consisting of six residential buildings was proposed by Shawa Architecture for the Al Nujoom Islands, located on the north-east coast of Sharjah Hamriyah. These islands spread over an area of 60 million square feet which is about 13 sectors including 10 islands separated by canals. The area is considered to be one of the leading tourist attractions in the Gulf countries in terms of magnitude of investment. The concept of the project comes from various geometric forms overlapping each other in a way that this creates a funky yet balanced pattern on the building.
